Kaishan USA, a leader in rotary screw air compressors, aimed to launch their new oil-free compressor, the KROF, and elevate their brand visibility at a key industry event. Despite previous efforts, their road show had blended into the background, mirroring competitors with limited results. Skepticism about the potential return on investment added another layer of complexity, as did the need to connect with attendees meaningfully on a tight budget.

RIVET transformed Kaishan’s approach by securing a strategic booth location and revamping the layout for better flow and visibility. We introduced a central, creative theme tailored for the food and beverage audience: “Will Compress for Beer.” This theme not only grabbed attention but also communicated Kaishan’s blend of innovation and industry relevance through dynamic visuals and impactful statistics—eschewing the usual clichés and heavy text that clutter many exhibits.
To further draw traffic, RIVET joined the exhibit team to incorporate their talent in driving demand, managing the team and triaging traffic so the Kaishan staff could focus on product demonstration. We swagged out the team in eye-catching bowling shirts, ditching traditional, expected attire. A novel, personalized invitation strategy was deployed; our team hand-delivered invites across the show floor, enticing VIPs to enjoy a beverage and witness a live demo of the KROF. For those craving a deeper dive, we offered an augmented reality experience that provided a unique look inside the compressor’s mechanics.
